In our opinion, this is the nut that should be eaten everyday. Walnuts contain the highest level of antioxidants compared to other nuts, and they are a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids. They are regularly added into our bowl of oatmeal with dried fruits or bananas. Yum!
Mulberries
The taste and texture make us keep reaching for more of this beautiful berry. Here is something to rave about. It is rich in Iron, Vitamin C, and Resveratrol, a potent anti-aging nutrient also found in red wine. Mulberries make a great snack all by themselves or with nuts.


Coconut Oil
This is our favorite oil, and we are almost obsessed with it. Coconut oil is one of the healthiest oils. From its therapeutic properties, to aiding in metabolic and thyroid function, to its antiviral, antimicrobial, antifungal, and antibacterial activities, it is worth its weight in gold.
